A 50% balance of the total trip cost is required as a security deposit to reserve any/all trips offered by the Bridger Wilderness Outfitters. If the reservation is booked within 2 weeks (14 days) of the reserved date, payment in full is required to reserve the date and is non-refundable. By booking with the Bridger Wilderness Outfitters, clients acknowledge and agree to our terms and cancellation policy. Deposits received by the Bridger Wilderness Outfitters are NONREFUNDABLE. Payment in full is required within 14 calendar days of the reserved date. Trips can be rescheduled on a conditional basis and at the discretion of Bridger Wilderness Outfitters. Any trip that is rescheduled within 14 calendar days of the original reserved date will be assessed a $100 rescheduling fee, per reservation, and charged to the credit card on file. Deposits can be refunded if - and only if - approved by Bridger Wilderness Outfitters Management. Any fees assessed may be waived only if approved by Bridger Wilderness Outfitters management. Upon sending a deposit to reserve a trip with the Bridger Wilderness Outfitters, Client acknowledges their deposit is nonrefundable and subject to all terms, late fees and full payment prior to trip. Bridger Wilderness Outfitters and its guides reserve the right to end any reservation at any time over the duration of the trip if deemed necessary for safety.
